Ikiri inyuma y’ibyo Ukora Utabishaka – Uko Byahinduka

Nkuko umunsi ushira undi ukaza,nkuko umwana avuka agakura, nkuko igiti batera urubuto kikamera, uko niko ibintu byose binyura mu byiciro bitandukanye by’impinduka. Nubwo ubuzima bugizwe n’urusobe rw’ibintu byinshi umuntu atabara, ariko harimo iby’ingenzi.

Iyo hatagize igikorwa hakiri kare, imibereho y’umuntu aho kuba myiza yerekeza ku ruhande rubi, rugorana gukosora. Urebye umwanya abantu batakaza mu bintu bitabafitiye inyungu usanga ari kimwe mubituma hatabaho impinduka mw’ iterambere ryabo.

Kandi zishobora kuba mbi, iyo ibiri kuba bititaweho ngo bihabwe umurongo uganisha mu gutanga umusaruro.

Umwaka wa mbere urashira, hakaza undi, imyaka itanu nayo igashira, imibereho y’umuntu ugasanga iracyari yayindi. Ese ibi bintu birasanzwe? niko byari bikwiye kumera? Kubera iki hatabaho impinduka?

Niba ufite akazi kaguhemba buri kwezi, ese hari impinduka ubona mu mibereho yawe?

Ndifuza ko uyu munsi tuganirira hamwe kureba zimwe mu mpamvu zihishe inyuma yo kudatera imbere mu buzima bwa buri munsi.

7. Kwigenzura/kwisuzuma

Isuzuma ni ikindi gice gikenerwa cyane iyo umaze gushyira kumurongo ibintu. Ni ryari umuntu atangira gusuzuma. Hari abahitamo gukora isuzuma mu gihe cy’ukwezi ,icyumweru cyagwa umwaka, ariko byaba byiza ukoze isuzuma buri munsi. Kuko igufasha kugira ibyo ukosora hakiri kare .

Buri mugoroba mbere yuko uryama ufata agakaye kawe wandikamo (carnet du jour/daily) ukareba niba ibyo wanditse niba byakozwe uwo munsi. Iyo utabikoze wandika impamvu utabikoze, akaba aribyo uheraho ku munsi ukurikira.
